Hi this is Joe your president and I thought yall might want to know about me so,

I am intensely involved in many branches of the BSA. I am an active member of Ship 88, as well as Boatswain Mate for Administration for Ship 1700. As well as Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 707, and lastly just a member of Crew 2010. I have undergone multiple BSA training courses, the most recent including; Sea Scout Adult leader Basic Training, ILSS & ILSC Training 2011, SEAL in 2011, and National Leadership Seminar in 2010, Venturing Leadership Skills Course in 2010, National Advanced Youth Leadership Experience in 2008, and lastly National Youth Leadership Training 2007. I am certified at National Camp School as a BSA Climbing Director and am a certified BSA Lifeguard. I have attended 2 World Scout Jamborees, and just recently staffed the World Scout Jamboree in Sweden. Since 2008 I have staffed at El Rancho Cima at Horseshoe Bend. I work at the Climbing Wall, this last year as Assistant Director. When not doing scouting events I am a college student, currently enrolled at Texas State. Scouting is my life and I will work my hardest to make Venturing, and Scouting even greater!
